1. Eligibility
To register and play at Rummy Noble Casino, you must be at least 18 years of age. You must be playing from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law. You may hold only one account — duplicate accounts result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds. By registering, you confirm that you are providing accurate personal information and will keep your account details up to date.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Rummy Noble Casino staff will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security.
3. Deposits
Minimum deposit is ₹100. We accept UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, Net Banking, Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC). All deposits must be made from payment methods held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned. Deposits are credited instantly for UPI and wallet methods; bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
4. Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal is ₹200. Maximum single UPI withdrawal is ₹50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal across all methods is ₹2,00,000. KYC verification (government ID + selfie) is required for withdrawals above ₹10,000. Your deposited funds (not bonus funds) are always withdrawable without restrictions. Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 hours for UPI and Paytm during business hours (9 AM – 11 PM IST).
5. Bonus Terms
The welcome bonus (100% deposit match up to ₹200) carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount before withdrawal. Bonus funds must be wagered before real money deposits. Slot bets count 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino bets count 10%. Table games (European Roulette, Baccarat) count 10%. Bonus abuse — including using multiple accounts, structured deposits to trigger multiple bonuses, or collusion — results in immediate account suspension and bonus forfeiture.
6. Game Rules & Fair Play
All games use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing laboratories. RTP figures displayed are theoretical values over millions of spins — individual session results will vary. We reserve the right to void bets placed due to a technical error or game malfunction. Using software tools, bots, or automated betting systems is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
7. Responsible Gaming
We offer deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools accessible from Account → Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 5 minutes and block all real money access. Players who self-exclude cannot be reactivated during the exclusion period. We do not market to self-excluded players.
8. Termination
Rummy Noble Casino reserves the right to close or suspend an account if: false information was provided during registration, KYC documents cannot be verified, suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or these terms are violated. In cases of legitimate account closure, real money balances (excluding bonus funds under active wagering) are returned via the player's registered payment method.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Rummy Noble Casino operates under eGaming licence 365/JAZ issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority.
